& PRESERVED LEMON

Ingredients :

  • 200g split peas (soaked the day before, cooked and drained)
  • 80g tahini
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 preserved lemon
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 4 tbsp. tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper and chili d’Espelette

COOK the split peas.

BLEND the split peas in a blender, add the tahini, garlic, basil and lemon.

ADD salt and pepper.

4.

POUR the olive oil over the hummus. Serve the hummus fresh.
